One of the first measures in the collaboration with Packmatic was the optimization of the supplier structure. Previously, Ergüllü had different suppliers and contacts for each packaging item, which made coordination time-consuming. Thanks to the Packmatic platform's Smart Matching, suitable international packaging suppliers could be identified and the supply chain consolidated. The result: three different packaging suppliers were bundled into one central contact at Packmatic, which not only simplified communication but also resulted in very attractive prices for the different packaging. At the same time, Packmatic was able to ensure a reliable supply of materials by qualifying new suppliers outside Germany to prepare Ergüllü flexibly for further growth. A key success factor in the collaboration was the smooth and rapid qualification of new packaging items for production. Packmatics packaging experts, who accompanied Ergüllü on site, ensured that every packaging test achieved 100% success from the very first attempt. This is a significant advantage over the market average, where often only 30% of qualifications pass directly. This rapid implementation ensured that Ergüllü was able to switch to the new packaging solutions within a short time - without any delays or interruptions to production.
